Hi all,
I'm looking to purchase a couch for this wall to face two chairs. The wall is 11 feet - but 2 feet are behind the fireplace (i'd like built-ins there eventually) and another 1.5 feet until the end of the red brick tile in front of the fireplace. That leaves 90 inches.

1) Can the couch start behind the red tile line?

2) How long of a couch would you recommend?

Ideally, I would like a small end table on the side of the couch away from the fireplace so that the arm of the couch is not right up to the open hallway.
