My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Would love a few seeds

My husband and I purchased our first home last year in July. Our yard was abandoned for over a decade before we bought it and we've been trying to turn it into a beautiful relaxing oasis. We are in zone 9b, Sacramento, CA, and we have a lot of fence space to grow vines on. I love the look and varieties of clematis, and would love some seeds if someone has them to spare.
