Remodeling Design Dilemma Exterior

window replacement

i want to replace this window (there are 20) and modernize the look while i'm at it. i am stuck between zbar or block frame windows from milgard or pella. I don't like the thick frame lining the window with the zbar. full frame windows would require me to break the stucco, which is a lot of effort. any ideas?

Is it possible to install block window and install thin casing around it?
