I’m looking for a designer/garden expert or service that can help me make my balcony be its absolute greenest self. I’m also hoping for a monthly fee, they help maintain my plants inside and outside. Does such a service exist?

I know there are plant designer and maintenance programs for commercial spaces so I don’t see why there wouldn’t be any for residential spaces?

My budget is about $2500 at the outset and $100-150 per month.
