Woo Hoo! I want to rescue some blue-eyed grass from down the road on the curb, but I'm scared someone will call the cops on me.

DG I can collect some seeds from mine and send them to you if you don't rescue those plants.

Do you get butterflies or bees visiting them?

Jane I haven't seen butterflies on them but bees yes. The butterflies are busy with my milkweed, lantanas, verbenas, zinnias and later the butterfly bushes, firespikes and hummingbird bushes (hamelias).

Love the phlox.. did not know there were kinds that grew here.

Here's one of mine. I find they take both shade and sun pretty well.

Jay the phlox is just now blooming in many medians in my area. I imagine it's the same in Jax.

Two more of my rescued wildflowers are now blooming!

I call this one wild primrose because it looks like the cultivated ones but I don't know if that's its name.

And I don't know the name of this one but I love it!

And now I'll have to keep my eye out for some!
