if you search for Syngonium 'Red Spot' it pops out on several russian sites that order direct from thailand. Like here towards the end of the page (with botanical names, so it's easy to find it).

but since it's from HD and Lowe's, it must be something more widely available.

S. 'Pink Splash' is very likely. It is available from many sellers.

Costa Farms who grow plants for Exotic Angel calls this syngonium 'Pink Splash, as suggested by Petrushka. This is similar to Costa Verde's 'Confetti', and you'll probably see it sold by other vendors with other names.

This is growing in the ground among my outside plants and has basically become a weed. Same with green and white French Marble, a yellow variegated variety, creamy variegated Mottled Arrowhead and a narrow leaved type with white veins on immature leaves. I love syngoniums even tho they can be pests at times.
