How high are the ceilings in the living space? Is there room to drop the ceiling to cover the ductwork? Or, alternatively, can you create a soffit for the duct, only?

first of all, I appreciate your help. The ceiling is 8 ft and I will remove the tiles. I planned to not cover the ceiling back let the stat expose with plumbing and wiring; just I paint the ceiling with white color and use nice light fixtures. Please note ceiling has enough space. if I move the furnace close to washroom which kitchen is located now it will not impact the hight of the ceiling. But it increases my cost and I will lose 1 bedroom in the corner which homeowner has a concern. I will appercaite to give me some idea. once again thanks
