Hi, I'm looking for a light like this that I can adjust the beam. This one says it is multidirectional. Does this mean there's a mechanism that allows the bulb to be moved? I want one where the light beam doesn't point straight down, but can point at a piece of art on the wall. Thanks for your help! Wendy
