Front Door Alternate Colors

Hello, all! The exterior of our new front door will soon be painted a deep blue color (Behr Deep Breath). Would it be tacky or look bad to paint the interior of the door a differing color (brick red)? So much of our entryway is white and beige and I would like to add a pop of color that matches with some of our artwork. Thank you!

I don't know if it's "tacky" or not, but the interior of my front door is not the same as the exterior. Do it.

That blue is a beautiful color. I don't like the idea of red as much but what other colors work with your home? Will you paint any other interior doors? Maybe post some pictures of the art you are using for inspiration.

We are unlikely to paint any other interior doors. Here is a (fuzzy) photo of the large art piece that will be hanging on the rock wall. The red is the same as the rich red in this art.

Great picture! What about painting the interior door a green from the art piece instead of the red?
