Hello everyone. We've recently purchased a home built in the 70s. I've noticed a few cracks in the basement wall, should I be concerned or is this normal settling for an older home? When we 1sr bought the home there weren't any signs of water damage and we did hire a basement company that installed a 360 degree French drain with sump pump so there's no water issues. The actual cracks are very small but there's 2 tiny ones running horizontal about 5 feet in the mortar between blocks and the other is a step down crack (see highlighted areas). Any advice or feedback is appreciated. Thank you.
