Adenium 99.1 Obesum Super Yellow Maple Leaf from KO

I sowed 10 seeds and only 9 germinated and 3 of them were albinos :(

The 3rd one (bottom of pic) still has it's cap on!

My grand- daughter (that's 4) loves the pink stems in the albinos, but I just couldn't tell her that they will not survive :( She will eventually find out when she starts asking were the pink plants are.

So maybe they were albinos because it was a variegated leaf Adenium?

I have been sowing Adenium (and Plumeria) seeds for the past 2 months and was wondering if someone would be interested in trading (5 seeds for 5 seeds) of other KO seeds that they may have that are different from the ones I have.

Never mind on the trade.....I won 28 more auctions on Easter Sunday:)

I'm sure out of all the KO Seeds, I'm sure to get lots of different colors and types!

Well all 3 of the albinos are gone, but I have one seedling showing variegated leaves :)
The short one on the bottom right. Sorry imagine is blurred...I need a new Iphone...spending all my money on Adenium and Plumeria seeds :)

It's the little one to the left.....

He has a skinny caudex compared to the others!

what are you using as a medium, can't quite make it out. sand? or soil/perlite?

No Sand.....I use co-co coir mixed with perlite for seeds and cactus soil with perlite when I re-pot them to larger pots or separate from their communal pots. I also sprinkle a very small amount of vermiculite on top of all the plants I grow inside the home to keep the gnats away. That could be what you see. It also keeps the perlite from floating. When germinating the seeds, I mist/spray with chamomile tea, seems to work.....I hardly see any gnats around.
