You have to break it and remove the pieces. Remove the grout around it fully. Use a glass cutter to score it. Then tap it until the fractures through. At least one piece should break the bond to the wall at that point. Duct tape it and see if you can pull it out via the adhesive suction. Once you get the first piece, the rest will be easier.
