I haven’t ordered from that site, but I have ordered a toilet online before and it arrived in great condition.

I’m pleased with them. I have used them a couple of times.

No, it was a showerhead and some tool my husband needed.

It’s been about a year, but I ordered a toilet from plumbersstock.com. The thing was packed so tight with that foam stuff it probably could have been kicked off the UPS truck and still survived. I wouldn’t hesitate ordering one again if they’re still packing it the same.

Did you order the Drake by any chance?

I know this thread is old, but I'm curious if you went ahead and ordered the Toto Drake from Plumbersstock.com, and if so, how your experience was. I am thinking of doing the same.

I ordered my Toto wall hung toilets and sinks from them recently. Everything went well, no damage and packaged well. I would order from them again.
