rinse off bonide sulpher before planting

This is my first year saving bulbs and tubers from the previous season. At the end of last season I dusted all the bulbs and tubers with Bonide Sulpher power before packing away. I wasn't sure if that is supposed to be rinsed off before spring planting or does it just get left on and the bulb/tuber put in the ground?
