Moving Pygmy Palms

Because of an ongoing backyard redesign we need to move 3 Pygmy palms to a different spot in our yard. For years 2 of these palms have been flopped over, yet have done great otherwise. The tops have straightened out and point up as you'd expect, but if you stood them straight up the top would now be crooked. When I move them, can I stand them up and stake them as they should be and hope they straighten out again or will that and the shock of moving them alone cause too much stress and kill them? What can I give them to help ease the shock. B1?

I live in a 9B.
