I'm not an expert on crop rotation, but crop rotation is recommended from season to season. So it is a good idea to change the planting location, but if you choose not to change the growing plot, it's good to know how to control blight. I don't know about other plants you may be growing, but for tomatoes, as the plants grow, remove the bottom leaves that come in contact with the soil. Also, try not to get the leaves wet. Try a baking soda water solution as well; it helped me control some leaf mold I had which is fungal like blight.

If the blight is really severe this year, then you should definitely consider crop rotation next year.
