Hi Jill,
This is essentially a drawer box with under-mount glides/slides. The dimensions vary based on the size of your cabinet. It will need to clear the doors and hinges at the sides as well as any plumbing fixtures/drain-lines etc on the interior. It is mounted to the interior "floor" of the cabinet its self. You can get them through the cabinet company you are working with for your cabinetry, or even find a quick wire-frame/mesh solution through the Elfa line at the container store or other similar items. http://www.containerstore.com/shop/elfa/components/cabinetSizedelfaDrawers?productId=10024442&N=80349
