why was there a 1 star rating?

I love the way this sink looks we are in the middle of building and I was going to order this sink... I noticed someone gave it a 1 star rating, was wondering why?

Thank you so much for your interest in our product! I am not sure why there is a low rating on this sink. Our TruGranite sinks are very durable, heat and scratch resistant and come with a lifetime warranty. This ensemble comes with the matching strainer to complete the entire look of the sink.
