Which bulbs were they? Without knowing that it's not possible to say if they are behaving normally or not.

Tulips. Planted 200 of these, only about half sprouted. All other bulbs from same supplier have sprouted already

Gave the lawn it's 1st haircut for 2018. Sigh. Out of 200, a rough count of 120'ish bulbs have came up. Still better than zero I suppose. Was looking forward to seeing this in --max-- bloom as it's a color I've never used before - gudoshnik species

Be sure and tell them. The fact that 120 came up means it wasn't because you planted them all upside down or something like that. If all the other bulbs were good I imagine they will want to make it up to you. They can't fix it if they don't know the problem. I bet even 120 will be gorgeous, but I feel for your disappointment. I did end up shooting them a pic and they have put a note for credit for this years order. The color is just gorgeous - or I hope the marketing pics depict it as such. I like my bedding super dense so slight sad-face - as this particular bed will have some open pockets. ehh, that's gardening for you.

All other bulbs in this order had nice crackly skin, nice white bulbs This particular bulb just seem like it was like culled on a Friday afternoon. Bulbs were bruised, not bright white, I can't remember but I feel like many did not have a skin on them. Nevertheleast, I know the core is what matters and the bulbs were firm, so I did not make a stink about it.
