Healthy true red for no spray garden

I was showing my partner my list of roses I’m buying this spring: Teasing Georgia, Lady of Shallot, Valencia, Tranquillity and possibly a couple others. He asked “Can we get a red one?”.

The search begins. I’m not as drawn to the traditional HTs, but think that’s what a lot of the good reliable reds are? I am open minded. Mostly looking for a true dark red (love Munstead Wood, but not the color I’m going for), BS resistance (I don’t spray), rebloom and fragrance would be a plus.
