Rhizomatous begonia propogation

I made some leaf sections of older/damaged leaves from two of my begonias (B. 'Iron Cross' and B. 'Northern Lights) and just put them into the soil mix I had the parent plants in, not thinking they'd actually propagate. Several weeks later, they have and I'm seeking advice on how to deal with the inappropriate container (or is it? I drilled a hole for drainage in it) they're in. I'd like to start a new container with multiple Iron Cross rhizomes (I think I have 10), any advice would be appreciated!
