Your request is a little thin on information if you want any helpful suggestions. What style? Closely matching or contrasting color? Fitted or loose? Tightly knit or lacy? Your skill level? Perhaps a picture of the chair? Anything at all that might allow someone to answer your question? Think of a forum in exactly the same way you would think of a conversation, because that's what it is. Would you walk up to a clerk in a yarn store, or start an in-person conversation by saying what you typed above? When writing, you need to be MORE descriptive, not less, than you would in person.
