Kitchen sink help

Hi,

I need to pick out a sink. We are doing a kitchen remodel-white and wood laminate european style cabinets and a white quartz counter top. Suggestions for sink. Stainless? Quartz? Other options? Want something that is functional, prefer to avoid direct btw sink and counter top getting stuck and not likely to get scratch. Also pls advise undermount versus flushmount etc. I know nothing! Thx

Do you like Stainless? If not than of course go with a porcelain, fire clay, granite, or some other product or brand.

I happen to love deep large single bowl under mount stainless steel sinks. I like being able to wipe the crumbs off of a counter directly into the sink.I do think the integrated flush mount sinks are great too I have just never had one, so it is hard to say if I like it more. My favorite brand of sink is Oliveri but my plumber is recommending a Kohler brand.

Oliveri Melbourn sink. (This is not a zero radius sink and I believe easier to clean with the rounded corners.) I love the is gently slopes to the center so the water never pools in the corners. It has some sound proofing so is quieter than most)

I think with your quartz white counters you could do so many fun things with your sink.
