Bathroom remodel

We are remodeling our main floor bathroom. The oak cabinets have been sanded and we thought we would update with a light gray so the granite would be the star. What do we do with the oak trip around windows and doors and pocket door that leads to bathroom?

Why not make all the wood within this bath light gray. You only need to do the side of the door that is inside this bath. The outside of the door can continue being oak.

White trim is classic and looks crisp with grey.
