My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

What does the interior layout look like. These split level seem so tricky to renovate, great job.

    Thanks! The side with the garage is similar to the original three bedroom layout. The other side has a relatively open floor plan - living/dining/kitchen below and master suite above. The circulation connector runs from back to front with 1/2 flight stairways on one side that bridge to the other. There are interior photos. It was a fun project!

    Hi! Thanks! I don't recall who the manufacturers were when we did this but we are using CRLaurence and Kawneer for a lot of the storefront systems now. For Windows sometimes we use solar innovations, Arcadia, or custom. Where is your project?
