Astilbie seedlings dying

I’ve been try to grow astilbie from seeds that I bought from a company and this is the second year. First problem, they have a hard time germinating, second, those that do, they start getting their 2nd leaf and just fall over and die. Do they want a certain environment? I have them in a greenhouse right now. Do they want hot? Cold? Please help me before all of them die!

I don't know about astilbie, but providing pictures will definitely help anyone who does know about it.

Falling over and dying sounds like damping off disease, a fungal infection. Lack of air flow can do this. Your plants need a fan or a room with a slightly open window. Also, the soil can't be too wet. That encourages fungal infections, too.
