But what exactly do you mean? The most in one pot I have S. t. 'Hahnii Gold' - 3 large and 3 small. Pot - 13 cm (about 5 inches). Despite the narrow pots grow well

The 3 pups on the mother plant all have 1 leaf right now. Hopefully i can seperate them now? Heres a pic

But why do you want to separate them? The pot, according to me, will fit them all, and they look nice together :)

Most of its leaves were cut in half. Likely was getting to tall from previous owner liking. Looks terrible. Look how long the one leaf is higher then the top of my window ledge. This window faces SE. Im running out of window room. I may have to move it away from the window but in a bright looking spot still so it can get as tall as it likes. Thats why i was gonna seperate it put all 3 into that pot there throw out ugly mother plant and start over. Place the pot in a new spot away from the window so the babies can get as tall as there hearts content

I would leave them together. The mom plant looks fine.

The mom plant looks healthy even though her leaves were cut. Leaving the new plants with her will keep them growing strong.

I ended up pulling off most of the cut leaves. She only has like 3 leaves left now but there full sized leaves left on her. Just grabbed the leaves one by one i wanted off her and pulled firmly to the side till they came clean off at rhizome level. None of the leaves went to waste tho i got them rooting in a cup of water! ( yes i root them in water. I have near 100% success rooting snake plant leaves in water and near 0% success rooting in soil)

I am gping to have to move it off my windowsill tho as when it had all of its leaves before they were cut the leaves were taller then the top of my wimdowsill! So i need to find a new spot somewhere away from the window where it gan grow as tall as it wants

What kind of harm? the leaves were cut cuz the leaves were taller then the top of my window ledge!!! So i may have to find a spot away from the window where it can grow till its hearts content freely
