This winter has been miserable. you will probably just need to wait and see. you should be able to tell within 3 weeks or so. the snow wouldn't be too worrisome, but the cold certainly could have killed off the flowers. What variety of peaches? Some are able to take some cold for a few hours.

I have 2 trees. The one in the pictures is Redhaven. The other one is an Elberta.

I think the data shows 90% crop loss with temps below 25 for peach at that stage of bloom, so the likelihood of peaches is very slim. However, the after pic does not look as bad as it could, and there might still be some green ovaries, as Greg says.

I have noticed everything handling late freezes much better when there is wind. The worst is a cold night with a clear sky, and no wind.

Tonight's forecast for here is 22, but there is supposed to be wind, so I have a sliver of hope. I could end up losing all of the following though: apricots, peaches, plums, cherries, pears, and apples, along with the grapes, autumn olive, and cherry elaeagnus! They've all broken dormancy. As frustrating as this is, it is also not too uncommon. This is the reason I've started putting more emphasis on mulberries, raspberries, and jujubes in my garden...

Those look cold damaged in my opinion .I have a lot of experiences as my location is brutal

Yep, they are definitely damaged. The blossoms are just falling off now and not leaving a baby peach behind. I guess there'll be another chance for a crop next year. :-(
