There are lots of them. This one might be G aparine but it's a bit too small to tell. If it is that one it's a weed. When it's your flowerbeds anyway.

My flowerbed needs work. That is a little bit of the old mulch leftover from last year. The corms and bulb I planted are under that weed. This is the first time I planted bulbs and corms. I am a garden Newby. Thanks

I've just reread my post and I realise it could be interpreted as my criticising you and saying there are lots of the weeds in your bed. What I meant was there are lots of species of Gallium and that G aparine is a weed if it's in a cultivated context. Out in nature it's a contributor to biodiversity and it also has herbal uses.
