I am looking for feedback on people's experiences with roll up garage doors, different from the traditional overhead door. This particular application would be on a boathouse, so I am envisioning sand and water having a potential impact on the functionality long term. The reason for this proposed option is that our client wants to leave the space on the ceiling for storing water apparatus (kayak's, etc), thus they are suggesting this option.
