A couple questions please

1) I bought some small baby plants of standard size violets, they are doing well in 2 inch pots. When is it time to transplant?

2) Again a NOID baby, but it is getting larger and looks like it may be a trailer. How to tell the difference between multiple crowns and a trailer in a small plant?

I would like to make a proud announcement of two tiny tiny baby leaves! Due to the good advice I got here, the leaves I planted (one of them anyway) are going to have babies!
