Help my banana trees leaves what’s wrong

Hello everyone this is my problem i order my trees online when I got them on 4/9/18 Monday they were a litte bang up I guess from three weeks in transit on the 4/10/18 Tuesday I transplanted them on a 6” pot for soil I am using cactus and palm soil I added 5-5-5 fertilizer on top of soil mix with soil and water on 4/11/18 wensday it’s was getting greener and the leaves from the center started to emerge and also Thursday too growing really fast and nice Friday 4/13/18 it was a hot day I Decided to take them outside to get full sun but in the afternoon I noticed it was like 99° outside I decide to bring them inside and that’s when I noticed that the leaves were wrinkle some yellow spots and some brown spots so my question is do they have sunburn or the soil is not the right soil not enough Fertilizer I am watering it every two days by checking the moisture level Also the pH is closer to the 7 How can I bring the pH down any advice and what I’m doing wrong and how can I bring my baby back to life to grow healthy thanks in a Vance to everyone

where do you live?..a warm climate?..if so any ground outside where you could plant it?..I think your container is too small..I would leave the damaged leaves and remove them when you get more new leaves..in the meantime the damaged leaves make food for the plant..I used Milorganite last year on my bananas..2 were new..the one closest to the top of the pic was a year old..
you know the more I look at your pic..could it be a canna?

Hello Nicole thanks for your response I live in New Jersey And this winter doesn’t want to leave we are in April and the weather is still in the 40 the only day that it was nice was last Friday I have them in my dining room table we’re the sun hits a few hours a day but I am confused because I don’t know if I put to much fertilizer on it or it needs more I only add water when the moisture meter is between moist and dry so it around every two days I hope I did not hurt the roots when I check the moisture on the soil with the two sticks that are in the middle of the meter almost all the leaves including the new ones cumin out the tips are brown I don’t know what to do can you tell me if you can how to measure how much fertilizer to add on a 6” pot once the weather gets nice I will plant on the ground I got two musa rajoo and one tiny tiny and buy the water your banana tree are looking great can you tell me what fertilizer number are you using I am used 5-5-5 thanks again for all your help

the edges of your leaves are probably brown because the humidity is low inside the house..but I'm sure that you know it's way too cold to take your plant outside..I've never had a banana in a pot so I don't have any experience about watering..I would just touch the top of the soil and decide if it's dry and needs water..the fertilizer I used has numbers of 6-4-0..I tried Milorganite because someone on Gardenweb liked it..it's slow release which I think is good..I think it will take off when it's planted outside and gets sun and rain..

Ok that sounds good it makes sens again thanks for taking time and your education you provide me it’s priceless so now to wait for this climate to get better

I would not water it until you see new growth. Once you notice growth usually watering once every 5 days or so. It's best to leave it one spot until you can take it outside for good as to not damage the leaves with temp difference. It looks like it is or was choking, Do you know what type it is?
