Those dried stipule, leaves venation made me think it is Ficus, there are too many species (creeping, shrub, tree)

Where is the geographical location, is it natives there, is it common or rather a collector kind of plants

For ficus identification, do you see root on those vine?, can you show tip of plant, (ficus has cap-stipule), does it bleed white sap if you cut leaves/stem

If it in my area I would suggest Ficus Sagitata (quite variable in leaves morph and size) also could be F. vilosa (usually more hairy, but it is variable also) the fruit will also needed for figs ID, but most fig fruits only after mature and with specific wasp.

Why do you think it’s a houseplant? I also think it’s a kiwi.

It does not have a trunk but all grows vine.

Looks like an Actinidia to me too, aka Kiwi.

Definitely Actinidia. And if growing in the ground and old enough, will definitely produce a thick, gnarly trunk, much like a mature wisteria will do. Kiwis can become massive vines!!

As ever Tofi's contribution appeared with a massive delay. But if s/he says Ficus I'll go with Ficus. I've never come across villosa but the name explains it all. The furriness was mainly what made it look like ActInidia to me.
