My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    No that is Nassella tenuissima or Mexican feather grass

    Please note that Mexican feather grass is invasive in certain parts of the USA like California.

    Yes Blue Hibiscus is right. I am located and work in the Pacific NW where it is not invasive.
