Cream or sage green?

I was thinking along the lines of grey but what shade of grey any suggestions

Be careful with gray. Anything too cool could fight with your roof color. Maybe a light greige that complements the roof. I like housegal's sage.

A warm light gray, a bit lighter than your driveway paving stones, would be a good thing to try. Since the red is going to take two coats of primer to cover over, you could get the house primed in white, then try some light warm grays on foamcore board. Or just prime the front gabled area. The red is going to cast reflections on any samples you try.

Who makes housegal's sage can't find on internet

Sorry, I don't know. I just pulled the image off the Houzz site. I believe you can go to a paint store and plug in things like roof color, etc. and try out a tool that will show you different coloro combinations. Do keep in mind your brown roof and the deep green setting of your house. It's probably why it's red now!
