IMO the specific fixture you have selected is too $$$ and its design details are not very current. Those fake candle sleeves and candelabra bulbs are cheesy.

These alternate fixtures which are very similar in overall design are less expensive, gracefully designed, and have better proportions. I have illustrated how the room might appear with these various fixtures from Shades of Light.

Hi, here are a couple of ideas to play with. With such an open space the particular style you are referring to may not fill the space as nicely and may simply wash away. Also you may not get very good direct light on the table it self. In the ~20” range of fixtures:

This Lorry fixture will give more body to the space, more ambient lighting. https://www.stridelighting.com/product-p/ch59065rb20-up5.htm

This Belle fixture is just an idea. Something like this will fill the space visually but also provide not only a certain amount of ambience as well as task lighting to the dining table. https://www.stridelighting.com/product-p/ch31315mi22-dc3.htm

All the best on your project,

Ryan
