A few thoughts:

Having an opening to a walk in closet from the bathroom means more likelihood of bathroom smells in the closet.

Having two openings means less wall for storage.

Having a built in window seat (with shoe storage below) for sitting while tying shoes might be more practical than adding a chair.

Consider what items of clothing/accessories that you have that you don't want to stretch to reach a top shelf to retrieve as you plan your storage.

A full length mirror on the back of the closet door is usually a good idea.

If there's no place in your bath for you to apply makeup and it matters where you're sitting (back to a door) as you apply it, consider a rolling table/cabinet with space to hold all your makeup so you can move the table/cabinet where you want it as needed.

In a 11'x14' space, having flat top rolling cart island/cabinet with drawers and/or shelves sized for your specific storage needs might be worth considering. You could create one with cabinets/drawers on as many as three sides for holding all your grooming aids, including makeup and jewelry and small accessories. The other side could be a bar/table with a knee space below it for a comfortable stool.
