My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

The ceiling is 1x6 v-groove pine, painted high gloss white. I'll forward your other questions to the designer.

Could I ask what the flooring is? Goes great with the white ceiling & wall panels. Thanks

Flooring is 6" Ipe deck boards, no finish. It will maintain this appearance if oiled annually; once oiled it will need to be maintained. The low maintenance solution is to leave it unfinished and it will turn gray over time. First cost of the material is high but it will last a life time.

The coffee table is from CB2, Element Coffee table. The ceiling fans are Lapa fans from Modern Fan Company

I'm sorry; I can't help with locating your local sources. I suggest that you contact the manufacturer for that question.
