My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    If the order is received before 2:30 PM EST Monday through Friday, it will go out the same day via FedEx (our pickup window is 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM). We are in North Carolina, so it typically takes 2 business days on the east coast and 4-5 on the west coast. If it is a residential address, we use home delivery, so they will deliver on Saturday too.
