Many of the morning glories are really massive and somewhat thuggish. I would be worried about the health of the clematis.

Look at black-eyed Susan vine or perhaps scarlet runner beans.

I never have any luck with black eyed susan vines. I never heard of scarlet runner beans, but they look interesting. If they grow in NH they should grow here in PA. I will have to look for some seeds next time I am out.
