Most Likely To Do Well?

I'm trying to do a mass planting, but can't figure out which ornamental grass has the best chance of doing well in the spot based on what I'm finding in my online research. Seems to be a lot on contradictory information. The spot is full sun (from sunrise until like 3:00pm), zone 7 (Philadelphia), and well draining. Just for reference, three spirea shrubs were in that spot before and thriving. I want the max height to be 10-20". The options that I've found so far that I think will work are mondo grass (ophionpogon japonicus), Autumn Moor Grass (Sesleria Autumnalis), Lily Turf (Liriope Spicata), Japanese Forest Grass (Hakonechloa Aurea) or Carex Bowles Golden. Which of those would work the best? If none, is there something similar that would be a better option (yellow/greenish). Thanks!
