Mystery shrub

I found these at a box store which has an early season garden center. I’m pretty sure the entire lot is misnamed as Pee Gee Hydrangea, but what are they? I found one plant in flower and they were fragrant. If forced to guess, I’d have say it’s one of the Burkwood Viburnums.
