I have 'leathered' Fantasy Brown in my kitchen. The local stone yard advised that was the best finish for it. Probably doesn't help you, but this article may -

It describes all of the finishes, but this is the leathered, below. Mine went in in January 2015, and was sealed then. Not a single stain or scratch has occurred.
