Kitchen recessed lighting layout

We're to the lighting layout part of our kitchen remodel and want to get it right! Any thoughts on the below sketch of what I'm thinking for the recessed lighting layout? (sorry it's not a better picture, my computer program just stopped working!)

We have 8' ceilings. The 2 swing arm wall sconces by the sink are already installed, as are the dining area chandelier and the island pendants.

I know it depends a little on the type of cans we use...we have 6" in the rest of the house and it is an open floor plan where the others are visible, but I was considering going with 4" cans in the kitchen because I like the look. Or we could mix the two sizes? We're open to suggestions!

The thing I'm most unsure of are the recessed lights along the window wall. If we do 2 then the spacing is closer to 4' which I was trying to go for, but then they would land right in front of the sconces making a shadow (plus there's a ceiling joist there). So I'm thinking of doing the 3 as shown and have them spaced just under 3'.

We appreciate any input!
