Yes, we offer a fiber cement siding that can be pre-installed on each wall panel & we have a metal roof option. We've had homeowners install metal siding, but it needs to be done onsite by a local builder. As far as cost goes, it really depends on the size of the house. I'd need a little more information. It's assembled very quickly. Once it's onsite, it usually takes less than 1 week
