I prefer a satin brushed finish sink, with making sure it has visible insulation on the outside, and that if a double sink, it is 8 inches deep. That is a top mount sink. If you go undermount, the dimensions may vary. It does not matter what hardware. There is so much to see in a kitchen. I have a polished faucet ss(easier to clean), a brushed satin finish SS sink, antique gold door knobs and drawer pulls(with backer piece to protect the wood), white appliances, crystal lights with polished gold rims... and birch custom stained cabinets in an SW African Mahogany with a bit of red dye added to tone down that orangeish tendency.......it all blends well with this stain, or White, Beige, Gray linoleum in a diamond/square pattern, or White Leather look formica.... Keeping it clean and working ...THAT is what makes the difference in the end. LOL.
