Looks like a dianthus.

Sweet William is Dianthus barbatus.

Suzanne these come in many permutations of pinks and whites. So if you buy plants or seeds they won't necessarily be the same colour as this one.

And at least in my garden they tend to be biennial or short-lived perennials, so try to let some go to seed just in case.
