These are high light loving plants. That means they need to be right up m in front, practically touching, your brightest windows in the house with no shades or blinds in the way.

brightest in the northern hemisphere would usually be south facing windows that do not have any obstructions.

worst case, place it right in front of the window shown. But prop it up on a stand or table so it’s not below the window.

You'd REALLY be doing it a great favor if you allowed it to while away the entire summer outdoors. I can assure you that it will show its appreciation ..... as long as your watering/fertilizing regimen doesn't ask it to contend with conditions that are at or near the limits it was programmed to tolerate. If we think about it for a minute, you'll see why I aver our only job as head of our residence's dept of horticulture is to eliminate to the greatest degree possible, those conditions with the potential to limit the vitality (health) of our plants.
