Does Anyone Have A Working Scotsman DCE33 Icemaker?

I have purchased a home with a Scotsman DCE33 Icemaker. It has a gravity drain. It was installed around 2008. When I bought this home, the icemaker was listed as inoperative. I got a seller's concession on it. At this point, the unit has been sitting unused for at least six or seven years. It doesn't look like it's been abused in any way.

Before I trashed the unit, I called a local service company out to take a look at the icemaker. It turned out that it wasn't plugged into the wall securely and that one of the water supply lines needed tightening.

Presto, it was working. Repairman left. I went through the descaling protocol and sanitized everything. Then, I started it up. It makes ice, but very slowly. So, if you have a working unit I have a few questions that I can't seem to find on the internet about what constitutes normal operation.

How long should it take for the unit to make a cycle of ice?

How long should it take for the unit to fill the bin?

When the harvest cycle is occurring, how long should it take to release the ice?

When the harvest cycle is occurring, should the water jets continue to run or do they stop?

I have a little drip of water that drips from a hose in the back of the ice bin into the bottom of the bin? How much of a drip is acceptable?

Thanks. Scotsman and YouTube haven't really been helpful.
