If it is a room with a shower, you need to be careful about putting organic materials (wood, fabric, paper) that could be damaged by steam or mildew. Otherwise, I think bathrooms are great locations for things to look at. We tend to be in close proximity to the objects for sometimes prolonged periods of time... ;)
